Custard (for 2)

    1 cup milk
    1 egg
    3 tablespoons sugar
    ⅛ teaspoon salt
    ¼ teaspoon vanilla

  1. Beat egg; combine all other ingredients and mix well with egg.
  2. Pour mixture into two custard cups. Cover cups with aluminum foil.
  3. Place filled cups into the cooking vessel with ½ to ¾ cup water and cook at high pressure for 3 minutes. Cool immediately.
