Insomnia-Soother Smoothie

    ½ cup soymilk or milk
    1 cup plain yogurt
    1 cup chopped cantaloupe
    1 cup chopped watermelon
    1 sliced banana
    1 tablespoon honey
    2 cups ice

  1. Pour liquid ingredients into the blending jar.
  2. Add all frozen ingredients.
  3. Blend at “PULSE” setting for 30 seconds; then blend at “LOW” setting until smooth. While the machine is running, move the Stir Stick around counterclockwise to aid mixing. Serve immediately.
