Healthy Punch

A juice blend for weight loss.

    1 Beet, quartered
    1 Tomato, quartered
    2 Carrots, cut in half
    2 Brussels sprouts
    2 Cauliflower florets
    3 Broccoli florets
    ½ cup Spinach leaves
    1 Pear, quartered, stem removed
    1 Apple, quartered, stem removed
    1-2 thick Pineapple slices

    Juice fruits and vegetables in order listed. Stir thoroughly before drinking.
