Meat Balls (for 2)

    ½ lb ground meat
    1 egg
    ¼ cup bread or cracker crumbs
    2 tablespoons milk
    1 tablespoon minced onion
    1 teaspoon bouillon granules
    Salt, pepper or other spices as desired
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  1. Combine all ingredients except oil and shape into six meatballs.
  2. Brown meatballs in a small amount of oil.
  3. Add ½ cup liquid and pressure cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Cool pan immediately.
